Shipping:
Delivery is included in the price of the goods to the UK only.
Please contact sales for shipping costs to overseas customers.
Collection from our head office in Ashford is acceptable but unfortunatly we cannot offer any discount on collections.
Goods will be shipped the next working day after payment has cleared.
Payment options:
We accept most major credit cards including mastercard and visa. (Unfortunatly we cannot accept American express at this time.)
We also accept debit cards, cheques and postal orders.
Returns information:
All returns are subject to our terms and conditions.
Should you wish to return any item to us for any reason then you should first contact us through e-mail or telephone stating what item you wish to return.
In the case of incorrect, damaged or defective goods, please contact our sales department to arrange the return on goods. If you do not permit us to nominate the carrier, then we may not refund the full cost of return.
Any item which a customer wishes to return which is not incorrect, damaged or defective should be returned in its original packaging, unopened, with any shrink wrap and/or seals still intact. We will refund the cost of the goods less a reasonable amount for administration fees.
Following receipt and inspection of any returned goods, we will arrange a refund or dispatch a replacement as appropriate.
All items should be returned in thier original packaging.
